ABOUT SARA

I grew up in a traditional Italian Catholic family, grounded in strong values and a deep sense of community. My early life was rich with travel, study, friendships, music, sports, and work, which gave me an early appreciation for both discipline and care.

I am fluent in English and Italian, and also studied Spanish and Indonesian, always drawn to understanding different cultures and expanding my perspective on life.

My life later shifted profoundly when I went through a severe health crisis that affected my mobility, speech, and memory. After years of intensive treatment across multiple countries, I reached a pivotal near-death experience.

In that state, I experienced a profound transition beyond the physical and was given a clear moment of choice—whether to return. I chose to come back to life.

This became the beginning of a deep spiritual and healing journey, a rebirth that reshaped my entire way of being. Through love, nature, nutrition, and holistic therapies, I gradually rebuilt my health over time.

The birth of my children further accelerated this awakening, deepening my connection to presence, purpose, and devotion.

Today, I live with gratitude and clarity, committed to supporting others in their healing through lived experience, resilience, and compassion.
